All references to GOSI, SANED, Royal Decrees (M/33, M/18), and the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree M/51) are made strictly for descriptive, identification, and reference purposes under applicable statutory calculation frameworks.
All calculation results generated by TaameenPro SA—including GOSI social insurance contributions, employer cost-to-company (CTC), employee net deductions, projected monthly retirement pensions, SANED unemployment benefits, and End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB) entitlements under Saudi Labor Law Articles 84, 85, and 87—are provided for general informational, educational, and illustrative estimation purposes only.
Calculation outputs do NOT constitute binding legal opinions, official social insurance certificates, certified tax or accounting statements, or professional financial advisory services.
While calculation logic strictly implements published statutory formulas (including the statutory minimum wage floor of 400 SAR and contribution ceiling of 45,000 SAR), legal regulations, statutory contribution rates, and administrative bylaws are subject to legislative amendments, royal decrees, and ministerial circulars. Users, HR managers, and corporate employers are strongly encouraged to verify all official contributions directly via official portals (gosi.gov.sa and hrsd.gov.sa) or consult certified Saudi legal counsel or licensed financial auditors prior to formal payroll execution, employment termination agreements, or contractual settlements.

تطبيق تأمين برو (TaameenPro SA) هو أداة مالية ونظامية مستقلة صُممت خصيصاً للمواطنين، والمقيمين، وموظفي الموارد البشرية، والمحاسبين في المملكة العربية السعودية لحساب مستحقات التأمينات الاجتماعية والتقاعد ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة.
تطبيق تأمين برو (TaameenPro SA) هو تطبيق برمجي مستقل تم تطويره ونشره بواسطة شتل تكنولوجيز (Shuttle Technologies). هذا التطبيق غير تابع، وغير مرتبط، وغير مرخص، وغير معتمد، وليس له أي صلة رسمية بأي شكل من الأشكال بكل من:
إن جميع الإشارات إلى التأمينات الاجتماعية، ونظام ساند، والمراسيم الملكية (م/33 وم/18)، ونظام العمل السعودي (المرسوم الملكي م/51) تُستخدم حصرياً للأغراض الوصفية والتعريفية والتوضيحية للنظم الحسابية المعتمدة نظاماً.
