🔒 Zero Server Data Storage: Stock Average Calculator does NOT require account registration, does NOT connect to bank or brokerage accounts (no trading credentials or API keys), and does NOT transmit, store, or sell your trade data or calculations on external servers.
2. Data Processed Locally on Your Device
The Application collects, computes, and stores information strictly inside your device's private, sandboxed internal storage (Android Room Database & SharedPreferences):
- Calculation Inputs & Results: Stock purchase prices, share quantities, target prices, buy/sell commission amounts, capital gains holding periods, and broker presets.
- Calculation History: Saved calculation records (stock name, timestamps, and average calculation snapshots) stored in a local SQLite/Room database so you can access them offline.
- User Interface Preferences: Selected currency symbol ($, ₹, €, £, ¥, etc.), decimal precision settings (2 to 10 decimals), comma/dot fraction separator preferences, and display themes (System Default, Light, Dark).
- Application State: User interface card ordering, review prompt flags, and in-app tool configurations.
All stock average algorithms, target price solving, risk-reward ratios, capital gains tax rules, brokerage breakdown formulas, and pivot point calculations are executed 100% offline on your device's processor.
3. Third-Party Services & Permissions
Stock Average Calculator requests minimal system permissions. The Application only requires standard network access (android.permission.INTERNET) to serve non-intrusive advertisements and fetch remote configuration:
- Google AdMob: Serves banner and native advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID, IP address, performance diagnostics) to serve contextual or personalized ads in accordance with Google's Advertising Privacy Policy.
- Meta Audience Network: Used as a mediation ad partner with Google AdMob to deliver bidding advertisements. Data handling is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Remote Config & Crashlytics: Used to securely configure ad delivery parameters, manage feature rollout flags, and log anonymized crash trace reports for application stability. Governed by Firebase Privacy and Security.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your stock calculations and saved history are stored exclusively inside the local app database on your device, you have complete control over your data:
- Manual Deletion: You can delete individual calculation history entries directly within the app's History screen.
- Clear App Data: You can wipe all saved data and settings at any time by going to Android Settings → Apps → Stock Average & Profit Calc → Storage & Cache → Clear Data.
- App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the application automatically and permanently purges all local databases, preferences, and cache from your device.
5. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Compliance)
We respect international data protection regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):
- No Sale of Personal Information: We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or financial data to third parties, marketers, or data brokers.
