The Application integrates the Google AdMob SDK to display non-intrusive advertising cards. AdMob may collect and process anonymous device parameters and advertising identifiers in accordance with Google's policies to serve ads. No personal measurement data is shared with AdMob.
General Utility & Educational Use Only: Smart Protractor & Angle Meter is designed and distributed strictly as a general measurement, educational, hobbyist, and DIY utility tool. While the Application incorporates advanced sensor fusion (rotation vector, accelerometer, gyroscope) and visual camera alignment to compute angles, inclinations, and slopes, measurements are subject to individual smartphone hardware sensor tolerances, sensor calibration state, ambient temperature, external magnetic fields, phone case thickness, and edge placement stability.
Not for Safety-Critical or Professional Certification: The Application is not a certified legal, industrial, surveying, or construction-grade engineering device. It must not be relied upon for structural architectural calculations, load-bearing assessment, aviation, heavy machinery alignment, or any safety-critical operations where inaccurate readings could lead to personal injury, structural failure, or financial loss. Users requiring certified measurement standards should always utilize calibrated, certified physical measuring instruments.
"As-Is" and "As-Available": The Application and all displayed measurements are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the developer or creator of the Application be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, financial losses, material waste, or damages of any kind resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Application or reliance on any measurement readouts provided herein.
Trademarks: "Android", "Google Play", and "Google AdMob" are registered trademarks of Google LLC. Any reference to these trademarks is solely for descriptive, identification, and informational purposes and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation.
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. It is a general utility tool suitable for audiences of all ages.
