Because HanokCalc KR is designed as an on-device utility, we uphold a strict data-minimization architecture:
No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, citizen registration number (RRN), or physical address.
No Financial or Banking Data: We do not have access to your bank accounts, credit scores, loan records, or real estate deed numbers.
No Document Uploads: You are not required or able to upload real estate contracts, certified transcripts, or certificates.
No Geolocation Tracking: We do not track, collect, or store your GPS or network location coordinates.
No Biometric Data: No fingerprint, facial recognition, or biometric information is accessed or requested.
📱 3. How Calculations & Local Storage Operate
When you enter property figures, lease periods, or deposit values into the App:
All arithmetic equations (such as Jeonse-to-Wolse conversion, loan interest amortizations, HUG guarantee 90% debt ratio validations, and statutory rate ceilings) run locally via your device's processor.
Temporary preferences (e.g., chosen theme, selected language, or last-used calculation modes) are saved exclusively in your device's private sandbox storage using Android Jetpack DataStore / SharedPreferences.
Uninstalling the App or clearing app data instantly and permanently erases all locally cached preferences from your device.

The App utilizes Google AdMob to deliver in-app advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), IP addresses, device hardware models, and advertising interaction metrics to display relevant ads and detect fraud.
You can control or reset your Google Advertising ID at any time via your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

HanokCalc KR is designed for general adult audiences, including prospective tenants, landlords, real estate professionals, and students analyzing rental economics.
Our application is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children.
