EMI Calculator: Loans & Finance is solely a financial estimation, mathematical calculation, and educational utility tool.

The Application is NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), money lender, financial intermediary, or credit broker.
The Application does not collect credit applications, evaluate creditworthiness, or intermediate transactions between users and any financial institution.

2. Indicative Calculations & Estimates Only

All calculations, projections, charts, and results generated by the Application—including but not limited to Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), principal and interest breakdowns, loan tenure analyses, loan comparison estimates, loan eligibility estimations, prepayment impact simulations, and Sharia-compliant calculations (such as Murabaha and Musharakah Mutanaqisah / MMQ)—are strictly indicative estimates based on standard mathematical algorithms and user-supplied numbers.

Actual loan terms, interest rates, processing fees, documentation charges, taxes (such as GST or VAT), insurance premiums, prepayment penalties, and amortizations are determined exclusively by the respective lending bank or financial institution at their sole discretion.
Lenders may calculate interest using different conventions (e.g., daily reducing balance, monthly reducing, flat rate, 360 vs. 365 days convention) which may cause nominal variances compared to the values generated by this App.

The information provided by the Application is for general informational, educational, and computational convenience only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or credit advice.

You should not make borrowing, investment, or legal decisions based solely on the estimations provided by this Application. We strongly recommend consulting qualified financial advisors, chartered accountants, legal counsel, or official bank representatives before entering into any financial commitment or loan agreement.

4. Indicative Interest Rates & Bank Data

Any benchmark rates, indicative bank interest rates, or market references displayed within the Application are for general reference purposes only. Banks and lending institutions frequently revise their lending benchmarks (e.g., Repo Linked Lending Rate / RLLR, MCLR, Base Rate, Prime Lending Rate) based on regulatory policies and monetary guidelines. Users are advised to verify prevailing interest rates and terms directly with their prospective lenders.

5. No Affiliation with Banks or Government Entities

The Application is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any government authority, central bank (e.g., RBI, Federal Reserve, Bank of England), monetary regulator, or commercial banking institution. Any brand names, bank names, or logos referenced belong to their respective trademark owners and are used purely for identification and comparative reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers, creators, and distributors of the Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or any financial loss, loan rejections, interest rate variances, disputes, or penalties arising from:

The use of or inability to use the Application.
Any reliance placed upon calculations, estimates, amortization tables, or reports generated by the Application.
Any discrepancy between the Application’s calculations and actual lender statements or contracts.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection and Use

We prioritize your personal privacy. The Service Provider does not collect, harvest, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, national ID, credit score, bank account details, or physical address.

Local Data Processing & Privacy

100% Local On-Device Computation: All inputs, calculations, loan parameters, and saved calculation history records remain stored exclusively on your device within local application storage (SQLite database). Your financial inputs are never uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted to our servers or third-party cloud systems.

Third-Party Services & Technical Analytics

Although the Application itself does not collect personal data, it integrates standard, trusted third-party SDKs to deliver advertisements, track app stability, and analyze technical diagnostics:

Device & Diagnostics Information: Non-personally identifiable technical details including device model, operating system version, anonymous device identifiers, screen resolution, and mobile network state.
Crash & Performance Logs: Anonymous stack traces and crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose errors and improve app performance.
Advertising Identifiers: Advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID) used by ad networks to serve contextual or personalized ads, in accordance with applicable platform policies and user consent.

Location Data

The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location data. Coarse, country-level locale data may be read strictly from device system settings to display relevant local currency formats and language preferences.

The Application is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because calculation data and history are stored solely on your local device, you maintain full control over your data at all times:

You can clear individual or all calculation history entries directly from within the Application.
Uninstalling the Application or clearing the app storage from your device settings will permanently remove all stored calculations.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to ensure your app experience is secure. Since financial computations happen completely offline on your device, your private financial data remains protected against unauthorized network interception.
